Our studio build

Building Vida: from empty unit to Pilates studio

When we first stepped into the empty unit at Sworders Yard, North Street, we could picture it straight away: a light, quiet space in the heart of Bishop's Stortford where people feel welcome the moment they arrive. We wanted it to feel calm, warm and personal, somewhere to slow down, move well and leave feeling better than when you came in.
